He has worked with leading mutual fund and insurance companies globally, retiring from Lincoln Financial in 2015 where he served on the Investment Policy Committee and as Senior Divisional Manager of their largest annuity division. Throughout his career, Tripp traveled nationwide, educating financial advisors and their home office teams on financial concepts and investment products.
Tripp holds the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designations. He enjoys helping clients understand the hidden costs of various investment products, demonstrating how to save significantly on fees over their investing and retirement years.
During his institutional career, Tripp played a pivotal role in designing and teaching retirement income and distribution planning to financial advisors. With a deep understanding of the evolving annuity landscape, he assists clients in moving away from overpriced, tax-punitive annuity products often sold by commission-based advisors, advocating instead for true fiduciary asset management practices.
